Course Title:  OSHA Health Hazard Awareness  in the Workplace  
Course Description:   Introduction to common health hazards that are encountered in the workplace, including exposure to chemicals, asbestos, silica and lead, identification of hazards, sources of exposure, health hazard information, evaluation of exposure and engineering and work practice controls. The course is an awareness course for employers and employees.

The meeting will be held in room 211, Lincoln hall on the OTC campus in Springfield.  See map insert on the web page for directions.  Parking will be on the parking lots on the east side of Sherman. 

The instructor is Merle VanDyke he has been instructing safety classes for over 19 years. He has coordinated and conducted training for all aspects of OSHA related training. Taught train the trainers in many areas, conducted annual reviews of job hazard analysis. Conducted training for job hazard analysis.

SEMINAR: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
